Child Safety Standards (CSAE) – Parta Research

This document sets out Parta Research’s standards against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material). These standards apply to the Parta Research mobile application and related services (collectively, the “App”).

1. Age Requirement

Parta Research is intended for adults. The App is 18+. Minors are not permitted to use the App.

2. Zero Tolerance Policy (CSAE / CSAM)

Parta Research has zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM. Content or behavior that sexualizes or exploits minors is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited content and behavior include, without limitation:

• Any CSAM, or content depicting, promoting, or facilitating sexual exploitation of minors;
• Grooming, coercion, sexual solicitation, or sexualized communication involving minors;
• Content that encourages, normalizes, or instructs sexual activity with minors;
• Requests for sexual content involving minors, including “roleplay” or “fiction” intended to sexualize minors;
• Links to external sites or services that host or facilitate CSAE/CSAM;
• Attempts to trade, distribute, store, or promote CSAM in any form.

3. Reporting and Enforcement

Users can report suspected CSAE/CSAM or unsafe behavior using in-app reporting where available, or by contacting us directly.

Enforcement actions may include:

• Immediate removal of content;
• Immediate suspension or removal of user profiles, content, and associated access mechanisms;
• Preservation of relevant logs/records where required for safety, security, or legal compliance;
• Escalation to relevant authorities when legally required or appropriate.

4. Cooperation with Authorities

Where required by applicable law, or when we believe it is necessary to protect minors, we may report suspected CSAE/CSAM to competent authorities and cooperate with lawful requests.

5. User Responsibilities and Safety Reminder

Users are responsible for what they post and share. Job posts, collaborations, and user-generated content are under the responsibility of the user who publishes them.
