Parta Research is licensed, not sold. This License governs your use of the Parta Research application and related services.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for lawful, professional purposes.
All intellectual property rights in the App, excluding user-generated content, remain the property of the developers.
Users retain ownership of the content they publish. By publishing content, users represent that they have the necessary rights to share such content.
You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the App except as expressly permitted by law.
This License may be terminated if you violate these terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
